About the Role:

  • As a Sales & Growth Specialist in the Talent Pipeline, you will be at the forefront of the efforts to identify potential leads, build strategic partnerships, and secure placements for our upskilled data engineering consultants.
  • Your role is pivotal in achieving the Talent Pipeline’s goals of relocating and placing candidates in permanent & project roles in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough company research and profiling to identify potential leads interested in data hiring needs.
  • Run targeted email campaigns and follow-up activities to generate interest and secure partnerships with organizations looking to absorb our talent.
  • Collaborate with Recruitment Specialists to understand candidate skill sets and align them with the needs of potential clients.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with intermediary recruiting agencies to facilitate talent placements.
  • Cultivate relationships with IT companies for potential partnerships and talent absorption opportunities.
  • Work closely with existing clients to understand their ongoing talent needs and provide solutions through our upskilled consultants.
  • Lead the Sales & Growth Team in achieving the goal of relocating and placing candidates in permanent & project roles in Europe. 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the tech or recruitment industry.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify potential leads and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners effectively.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the tech job market, recruitment processes, and industry trends.
