• Data Collection and Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, clean, and maintain datasets relevant to the CDP and its customers – including customer characteristics data, customer behavioral data, transactional data, product data, and more
• Data Analysis: Utilize statistical analysis and data visualization techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights from the collected data. Translate complex data into actionable insights that support business decisions
• Reporting and Dashboarding: Set up and maintain dashboards & regular reports that provide stakeholders with key performance metrics and insights related to the CDP’s performance (e.g., customer adoption & business impact)
• Support various departments in reaching their goals through analysis
• Communicate the results and consult on areas of uncertainty to promote optimal use of ideas derived from data
