- Malbo Pharmacy is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Sales Representative. As an Online Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our online platform, interacting with customers and working towards achieving sales targets.
- In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our online customers, handling inquiries, and resolving any issues or complaints. You will also be responsible for promoting our products and services, maximizing sales opportunities, and driving customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will work closely with other team members to ensure efficient online operations and contribute to the continuous improvement of our online platform and social media platform.
Responsibilities
- Interact with online customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Promote products and services to drive sales and meet targets
- Respond to customer feedback and reviews to maintain and improve customer satisfaction
- Monitor online sales and identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies for our social media platforms (facebook, twitter and instagram)
- Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and implement effective sales strategies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficiency in using computers and online platforms
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and terminology is a plus
