Responsibilities:
Email Marketing:
- Plan and execute impactful email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, click-through rates, and revenue.
- Write compelling email and blog copy tailored to our target audience.
- Collaborate with the Creative team to ensure timely delivery of creatives and maintain campaign standards.
- Set up Mailchimp campaigns and conduct A/B tests on automations for optimisation.
- Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights.
- Execute email campaigns for our PR list and conduct outreach for partnerships to increase brand awareness.
Social Media Marketing:
- Develop and implement an effective social media strategy for brand awareness and drive website traffic.
- Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms.
- Plan and curate content for various social media channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Produce fresh and engaging content including static images, videos, banners, blog posts, infographics and memes.
- Regularly manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with comments and messages, and monitoring trends and conversations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions.
- Analyze social media metrics to track campaign success and make data-driven decisions to optimize our online presence.
- Stay on top of social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance our social media strategy.
- Cultivate relationships with influencers and industry professionals to expand our reach and increase brand visibility.
- Work with the customer service team to address customer inquiries or complaints on social media platforms.
Ideal Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in content marketing, social media management, and email marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for problem-solving and innovation.
- Ability to think outside the box and adapt to changing priorities.
