Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

Email Marketing:

  • Plan and execute impactful email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, click-through rates, and revenue.
  • Write compelling email and blog copy tailored to our target audience.
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to ensure timely delivery of creatives and maintain campaign standards.
  • Set up Mailchimp campaigns and conduct A/B tests on automations for optimisation.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights.
  • Execute email campaigns for our PR list and conduct outreach for partnerships to increase brand awareness.

Social Media Marketing:

  • Develop and implement an effective social media strategy for brand awareness and drive website traffic.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms.
  • Plan and curate content for various social media channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Produce fresh and engaging content including static images, videos, banners, blog posts, infographics and memes.
  • Regularly manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with comments and messages, and monitoring trends and conversations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions.
  • Analyze social media metrics to track campaign success and make data-driven decisions to optimize our online presence.
  • Stay on top of social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance our social media strategy.
  • Cultivate relationships with influencers and industry professionals to expand our reach and increase brand visibility.
  • Work with the customer service team to address customer inquiries or complaints on social media platforms.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in content marketing, social media management, and email marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for problem-solving and innovation.
  • Ability to think outside the box and adapt to changing priorities.
