Job Description
We are looking for a Market Development Specialist to drive increased clinical utilization of our oncology products with healthcare providers. You will accomplish this as a 100% virtual salesperson. As a part of our Commercial Sales Team, the Market Development Specialist will align their sales plans to grow our division’s most important commercial business initiatives. You will grow your business through a national, initiative-based approach – focusing on specific customer growth opportunities that are prioritized based on current business needs.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree Required.
Experience
- Minimum three years’ sales experience in one or a combination of the following required: laboratory, diagnostic sales, medical device, oncology, or pharma
- Proven track record of success.
- Knowledge and experience with business software applications including MS Outlook Suite (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel,) and virtual communication tools like Microsoft Teams.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience and ability to build and maintain cross-departmental, multi-functional and collaborative relationships.
- Knowledge of/exposure to primary care market or ACOs, IDNs, and health systems.
- Prior experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM and the ability to use a tablet to record activities and present resources to accounts.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $83,300.00-$125,000.00.
