We’re seeking a Direct Sales Associate Opener to engage with our webinar registrants. Your talent in pinpointing potential leads will steer SafetyWing toward achieving our goals.
Your responsibilities will include
- Be the first point of contact for people interested in our webinars. Your job is to identify potential leads, understand their needs, and get them excited about what SafetyWing offers.
- Schedule qualified meetings with our sales team (Closers), ensuring we have a smooth transition from initial contact to sales engagement.
- Work closely with our sales and marketing teams, sharing ideas and strategies to boost client engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and meeting schedules in our CRM system.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss progress and strategy.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has an exceptional knack for research – we value this highly!
- Has successful experience in proactive customer outreach.
- Has excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Is tech-savvy and comfortable with Google Workspace, CRM software, and marketing automation tools.
- Is a continual learner, detailed, planning pro, and autonomous worker.
- Extra shine if you have experience in lead generation and a diploma or degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
